In November 2009, RonNichols.com released the Studio Retouching Palette version 4. This palette includes many enhancements including retouch functionality, a backup and import image utility and a new dockable interface. This new version also supports Adobe Photoshop CS5, Snow Leopard and Windows 7. The new Version has more features, works faster, and is more intuitive.

On May 28, 2010, RonNichols.com will no longer support the Ron Nichols Production Retouching Palette version 3.

So, what does this mean to me, the version 3 user?

1. You may continue to use the version 3 Production Retouching Palette as long as you choose, so long as you are operating it within the terms of the End User License Agreement.
2. RonNichols.com will no longer provide technical assistance for this product through our online support system or via the phone.
3. You are responsible to maintain your registration keys for this product.
4. Downloads and updates will no longer be available.

What do I as a version 3 user, do now?

1. Download and install the final version here. Be sure to maintain an archive copy should you need it in the future.
2. Retrieve your product registration keys and store them in a safe place.
3. Be sure the software is installed and working correctly. Remember, this version is NOT supported for CS5, Snow Leopard or Windows 7.
4. Enjoy the solid workflow this product has created.
